R. Bryant Marshall

R. Bryant Marshall received his B.S. in English from Arkansas State University in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1989. Mr. Marshall began a creditors rights law practice in Jonesboro, Arkansas in 1989. Mr. Marshall served the Arkansas Bar Association as Contributing Editor to the Third Addition of the Arkansas Debtor/Creditor Relations Handbook and received the Arkansas Bar Association’s Pro Bono Attorney of the Year in 1993. Mr. Marshall served as President of the Craighead County Bar Association in 2019 and is admitted to practice law in Arkansas and Missouri. Mr. Marshall’s practice is concentrated in the areas of debtor/creditor rights, decedent’s estate administration and decedent’s estate litigation.

Kyle L. Singleton

Kyle L. Singleton received his B.S. in Political Science from Arkansas State University in 2013 and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville in 2017. Mr. Singleton opened his own law practice after graduating law school and primarily concentrated in the areas of debtor/creditor rights, decedent’s estate administration, and business entity formation. Mr. Singleton is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Craighead County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Missouri.
