Bryant Marshall received his B.S. in English from Arkansas State University in 1986 and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1989.
Mr. Marshall began a creditors rights law practice in Jonesboro, Arkansas in 1989.
Mr. Marshall served the Arkansas Bar Association as Contributing Editor to the Third Addition of the Arkansas Debtor/Creditor Relations Handbook and received the Arkansas Bar Association’s Pro Bono Attorney of the Year in 1993.
Mr. Marshall served as President of the Craighead County Bar Association in 2019 and is admitted to practice law in Arkansas and Missouri.
Mr. Marshall’s practice is concentrated in the areas of debtor/creditor rights, decedent’s estate administration and decedent’s estate litigation.
